Deliver tactical activities of purchasing goods and services off of defined contracts with stated terms and conditions. May include occasional one-off negotiations for non-standard buys, low dollar volume buys or items that are not strategically sourced. Work closely with site operational team and strategic sourcing to identify and resolve issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage supplier communicationManage tactical purchase order transactionsReview and monitor purchase requisitionsDeal with invoice discrepanciesMonitor and report on Key Performance MetricsAttend meetings as required.

Act as expert and advocate for assigned suppliersIdentify cost reduction opportunitiesUnderstand market trendsEnsure compliance with strategic procurementProject Management
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor Degree
WE VALUE
Knowledge of purchasing systemsMin 5 years of experience in a purchasingExpert level Excel skills preferredStrong knowledge of all Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, PowerPointSolid communication skills and a team playerGood organizational - ability to prioritize and problem solvingPlanning, negotiations and agreements/contract management experienceGood technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcingAdditional Information
