Brindar soporte técnico correctivo y preventivo a los instrumentos de Anton Paar directamente en la sede de los clientes.


Responsabilidades:


  • The Service Engineer is responsible to provide support to our customers in Anton Paar product lines.
  • Primary responsibilities include travel to the customer facilities to perform maintenance and /or repair to the instruments.
  • Provide telephone support to the customers.
  • Provide customer training on proper use and maintenance on Anton Paar manufactured equipment.
  • Repair instruments in house and keep customer informed about the status of repair.
  • Strong collaboration with other business areas for the achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Complete service & travel expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on the status of the repairs in our CRM system.
  • Proactive sale of service contracts.

Requisitos:


  • Degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, or similar.
  • Skills in the use of measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in customer service.
  • Excellent Service Attitude, Proactive, Organized, Responsible.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Prior experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and or Relocate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid Passport, US Visa and Drivers License.
