Job Description:


Engagement:

• Follow-up, support and/or coordination of engagement initiatives and activities

HR Operations & Administration:

• Support onboarding and offboarding
• Administrative support:

letters or documents requested by employees, handling and follow-up of original documentation for different requirements, support for document delivery, employee files, forms and reports, requirements for payment to suppliers, among others.

• Fleet coordinator for corporate car related matters.

Benefits Administration:

• Support in the administration of benefits such as Major Medical Insurance and Saving Fund

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality and ethic.
• Experience ensuring consistency with policies and guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability.
• Hands on.
