    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Control Manager located in Azcapotzalco, CMX. The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all processes related to inventory accuracy and management, organize and lead physical inventory counts, track inventory movement, and ensure its alignment with company standards. This role is responsible for analyzing inventory data, implementing process improvements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory operations and optimize efficiency.

    Qualifications
    • Strong expertise in Inventory Control and proficiency in Inventory Management best practices
    • Experience in ensuring Inventory Accuracy, including execution of Physical Inventory counts
    • Proficient in Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends or discrepancies
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee inventory tasks and manage processes effectively
    • Proficiency with inventory management software and technology
    • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
    • Previous experience in inventory management or similar roles is an advantage
    • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are preferred
