We are searching for the best talent for
HR Analyst Supply Chain (Fixed term 24 months) to be in
Cd Juárez .


Purpose:


This role is responsible for providing HR -leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise, and sector HR strategies and actively supports business leaders through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering.


The Human Resources Business Unit will play a role within the HR team in the development of an HR strategy for each client organization, for the client groups to define employment models and related HR approaches to drive engagement, innovation, and productivity.

This will require innovative and strategic thinking, willingness, and initiative to try new approaches.


You will be responsible for:


  • Develops and leads the implementation of the HR strategy and solutions in support of both shortterm and longterm business goals.
  • Creates and oversees the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design,
- development and change, focused on building strategic capabilities and driving a culture that embraces and advances J&J's Credo, innovation, and performance.

  • Implements effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, e.g., acquisition, divestitures, internal growth, restructuring, etc.
  • Works very closely with Business Leaders to drive leading edge talent development solutions. Partnering with business leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and technical capability pipeline.
  • Leads key HR processes in support of talent agenda: talent review and succession planning, career management and development and partner with Global Services to support business leaders in performance management and talent acquisition.
  • Provides group and oneonone coaching to managers to support leadership development, business decisionmaking, human resources management, problemsolving and performance management.
  • Partners with Global Services (Shared Services) & Corporate Services (Specialists) teams to ensure flawless execution across the organization.
  • For Staff level, additional to the duties and responsibilities described above, this level also could be coach/mentor of other HR Analysts and manage and/or supervise special projects/assignments.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:


Experience and Education requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial and/or organizational psychology, human resource management, business, or a related field.
  • From 4 to 6 years minimum of professional HR experience is required
  • Management, planning and implementation of projects and business support initiatives
  • Relationship management
  • Coaching and collaboration
  • Influence, shaping solutions negotiation and partnership
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business
  • Innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
  • Support of multiple business functions and working in various industries, ideally within large, complex organizations is required.
