• Design buying strategies, direct supplier negotiations, and develop and implement best-in-class supplier relationship management strategies
• Lead strategic sourcing process.

• 10+ of relevant experience in strategic sourcing with strong project management skills
• Specific category experience - IT or FALCON (Facilities, Construction y Logistics). Preferable with some high-level expertise in Professional Services Category and strategic sourcing projects design and execution.
• Strong Financial analysis and quantitative skills
• Change Management. Skills: Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English - written and verbal.
• Strategic Sourcing Experience managing IT or FALCON (Facilities, Construction y Logistics). Should handle complete RFX processes and advance excel level.
• Proficiency in the 7-step strategic sourcing methodology.
