Job Requirements

Develop analytical tools to support the business strategy and to boost sales activity and optimization of the client portfolio, according to the specific case of improvement that is needed throughout the Latin American countries.

Collaborate with business teams to integrate strategies into analytical development activities and their use cases.
Monitor and measure the activity of analytical developments for each use case.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the performance of analytical solutions that are in use.

Develop analytical models, through the analysis of information from prospects or insurance clients, to support the strategy of sale and conservation of the portfolio
Carry out monitoring and performance reports of the analytical models, to detect alerts early in the results of the campaigns
Interact with the business team to establish the strategy of each analytical solution, to ensure that it can be implemented in the short term
Identify opportunities for improvement through analytical models that support the sales strategies and maintenance of the client portfolio

Interact with the sponsor to look at the opportunity from an analytical point of view, and ensure that the implementation is according to Chubb standards.

Work Experience

Programming in python, R (desirable) focused on developing machine learning models*- Management of databases in SQL*- Mathematical-statistical knowledge*- Excel medium-advanced
