Key responsibilities:

Forecast, analyze and report Variances along with commentary showing drivers
Lead the discussion in creating short range and longrange forecast
Finance gatekeeper for all cost related to plant spent and base cost
Basic understand of standard costing (Inventory cycle count analysis, PI count, material costing, variance analysis, PPV analysis, routing validations)
Absorption method of accounting
Maquila functional requirements knowledge
Partner with Plant Managers, Strategic Sourcing and SIOP Leaders
Simplify the reporting & Identify improvement areas
Establish clear processes
Work independently with little supervision

Must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting in manufacturing environment
Fluid Spoken English

Hyperion, Excel, Tableau and SAP systems:
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
Flexible in timings to work crossGeographies specially with India time zone
Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
Knowledge of
US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls.
Direct communication with clarity at all levels

The ability to make consistent and timely decisions
The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues
