    El objetivo principal de este puesto es planificar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing para clientes, sucursales y usuarios internos de la aseguradora HSBC Seguros. También se encarga de ser el punto focal de comunicación tanto interna como externa a nivel nacional.

    Descripción del Puesto

    Planeamos, diseñamos e implementamos estrategias de marketing para aumentar la rentabilidad, penetración y participación de mercado de la compañía.

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    • Planeación, implementación y comunicación de campañas de marketing para incrementar la rentabilidad y penetración de mercado.
    • Diseño y elaboración de materiales para personal de sucursales sobre los seguros para facilitar conversaciones con consumidores.
    • Mantenimiento del control de vigencia y actualizaciones de información en medios de diversos productos y servicios cumpliendo con regulaciones y procesos establecidos.
    • Detección de necesidades de nuevos materiales para mejorar la venta de seguros a nivel nacional.
    • Trábajo conjunto con áreas internas del banco para buscar sinergias y mejorar resultados.
    • Trábajo conjunto con áreas de producto, cumplimiento, operativas y comerciales para planificar estrategias de comunicación y marketing.
    • Generación de sinergia con socios comerciales para implementar estrategias de comunicación y marketing conjuntas.
