Objective


Coordinate implementation of new capabilities and products, following internal and external customer procedures established by the company, in order to meet cost, timing and quality required by management.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, plan and manage timing of the Project
  • Project status reporting to management.
  • Work with departments involved and commercial areas to prepare quotation requests (SOW) for capital investments, tools, equipment and facilities.
  • Follow up equipment manufacturing timing with suppliers, perform debugging & FAT. Document results and work along with supplier to close items in issue list prior acceptance
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics area the supply of materials for construction events, PPAP, Run at rate and SOP
  • Develop product validation plan along with cross functional team
  • Coordinate pilot runs, build DVP&R samples and follow up product validation until PSW
  • Coordinate the realization of documentation of APQP as Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, setup sheets, packaging, etc.
  • Follow up manufacturing issues and lead the team to get a solution

Qualifications:


  • 3 to 4 years of experiences as Project Engineer or similar position.
  • Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer degree,
  • Project Management Methodology Knowledge
  • Knowledge in problem solving methodology ́s (5W, 8D)
  • Selforganization, Leadership and decisionmaking, Ability to work on multiple projects.
  • English communication skills, Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
  • Goal orientation and leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving. Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Fluent English is required
  • Solid Works/ Autocad knowledge is a plus
