    About the Role

    Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend Python) Opportunity for Remote Work

    We are expanding our team to support the growth of our internal projects. If you're passionate about developing ambitious products in a flexible and fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    As a key member of our development team, you will:

    Lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications.

    Focus primarily on backend development (70%) using Python, while contributing to frontend tasks (30%) using React and React Native.

    Design scalable and reusable backend systems using frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.

    Develop robust APIs and ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and security.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders from concept to deployment.

    Optimize application performance and handle challenges related to data processing and system integrations.

    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices.

    Utilize AI tools to streamline development workflows and enhance product features.

    Requirements

    Experience: 5+ years in software development, with strong backend expertise in Python and a solid grasp of frontend technologies.

    Backend: Proficiency in Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).

    AI/Automation: Familiarity with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation.

    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results.

    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup.

    Product Mindset: Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions.

    Team Spirit: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, agile startup environment.

    Bonus: Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or scaling products in high-growth startups.
