Descripción
We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance coordinator to take charge of all incoming maintenance requests. To be successful, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to think on your feet.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage work order flow from creation to completion
  • Manage software as required to support work order flow
  • Assist Tenants in troubleshooting everyday maintenance items such as stuck garbage disposals or tripped electrical/GFCI breakers
  • Researching maintenance history of properties to best address maintenance issues, identify prior work completed,
  • Check if the warranty is in place for work or appliances.
  • Assign work order to fit vendor best
  • Secure and approve work estimates as required
  • Verify invoice accuracy and submit to accounting for payment and closing out of work order
  • Collaborates with team members for updates and workflow transition handoffs
  • Regularly communicate with Property owners and Tenants regarding the Work Orders

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Great troubleshooting experience: understands how to walk customers through an issue to understand the problem truly
  • 1+ Years using Appfolio Management Software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Repair work experience preferred.
