    We at Master Lock are currently seeking a Systems Analyst in our high-volume Nogales, Sonora.

    Your Path to Success

  • Work with business teams, project leaders, and applications users to collect and analyze project business requirements for functions or applications with direction.
  • Provide day-to-day and on-call second & third tier end-user application support, with direction.
  • Prepare requirement specification documents and technical specification documents.
  • Identify the current- and future-state business processes with direction.
  • Provide technical development support for development and system configuration and automation requirements.
  • Support communication needs between business users and application developers to understand key issues, identify perception gaps, and resolve questions.
  • Coordinate with business users to identify functional cases and establish test scenarios and results.
  • Gather simple business requirements, process flows, and use-case scenarios.
  • Adhere to established documentation standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/related
  • 3+ Years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience with business systems/processes: ERP, WMS, Order Management, BI, other business applications
  • Experience with web development including .Net, HTML, CSS, PHP
  • Experience with following programming languages: C#, Visual Basic
  • Equipped with SQL and DBMS skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of manufacturing, shipping, logistics processes preferred.
  • Ability to gather simple business requirements, process flows, and use-case scenarios.
  • Basic understanding and use of project management skills including planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Previous experience/exposure to IT business application systems and methodologies preferred.
