A Security Service Delivery Partner will manage global managed security services accounts.

About the Role

This position involves managing stakeholder relationships and delivering monthly reporting. You'll also be responsible for producing data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management, analyzing cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools, overseeing SOC operational processes, ensuring security compliance/governance is maintained, leading customer initiatives, applying expertise to resolve escalations and service issues, supporting senior management with decision-making on security initiatives and solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
• Oversee the SOC operational processes
• Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools

The ideal candidate should have a background in computer science or a related field of study. A cyber security certification such as CISSP or ITIL V4 would be preferred. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication using both English and Spanish languages is required. Experience of managing the delivery of Security based managed services is essential.
