    This Regional Leader will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Target Operating model for our Digital Client Solution (DCS) business segment.

    We are looking for an experienced leader with experience leveraging global resources and collaboration to drive continuous improvement in enterprise environments.

    This role will challenge you to find opportunities to streamline business processes, automate existing processes using new technology and to think strategically about how business problems can be solved using technology.

    The location is flexible within Latin America and South America.

    Your impact as a Cyber Broker Regional ManagerResponsibilities:
    Support, coordinate and drive the implementation of the Target Operating model for our Digital Client Solution business segment.

    Provide strategic direction and management of operational activities within the DCS team that are aligned to meet overall strategic objectives set by Subregion/Region and Global DCS teams (revenue growth, profitability, service levels, etc).Partner closely with subregion COOs and Reg Head of Strategy & Business Transformation for ABS Latam to ensure the execution and implementation of strategic actions are completed to achieve desired results.

    Review, monitor and maintain KPI's (key performance indicators) in relation to operational activities, process optimization, and sharing of best practices.

    Be proactive in identifying IT enhancements, process improvements, efficiencies and making subsequent recommendations.
    Manage, lead and influence continual improvement in the capability, knowledge, development and performance of Digital processes and capabilities.
    Motivate and inspire others by creating an environment for continuous learning and connection.

    Measure progress, design mitigation plans, and implement communication strategy to keep key stakeholders involved, up to date, and in line with agreed timeline.

    Develop, implement, and document new processes and workflows, plus continuously work to assess established processes to remove inefficiencies and increase scale.


    You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:
    Expertise in the field of operational excellence, transformation, project management and digital client service delivery.

    Superior/advanced English skills (speaking, reading and writing for business).7+ years of experience driving and implementing operating models for Digital solutions.

    Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
    Strong skills in prioritizing, strategizing, meeting project goals and following up on assignments, projects and responsibilities.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - friendly, diplomatic and assertive.
    Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
    Proven ability to deliver product/solution innovations.
    EducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, a related field or equivalent industry experience required.
