As a Training and technical services coordinator you will collaborate with business leaders to make training plans in product technique and budget, you will work in CFI Mexico and you will be reporting to the manager of the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the deployment of advisors in the border region for technical support and training services.
  • Design training plans according to the needs of the market and the dealers.
  • Customer service and technical support in advice and claims.
  • Train work plan with territory leaders.
  • Coordinate budget for travel expenses, equipment and automobiles.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, team management.
  • Knowledge in portfolio of industrial coatings.
  • Manage norms and standards SSPC and NACE.
  • Profile Chemical, Industrial, Civil or Architecture Engineer
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment for coatings.
