Job Summary:
The Enterprise Processing Support Associate III provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners.

This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines
  • Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers
  • Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options
  • Receives and responds to an assortment of communications with internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners
  • Validates, edits and corrects more complicated data
  • Handles unique or complex customer interactions
  • Identifies need for process changes and assists with creating and maintaining standard policy and procedure documentation

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties


Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' relevant experience
Functional Skills

  • Ability to listen and ask questions to understand needs and provide service
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines
  • Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences
  • Strong communication skills in a variety of mediums
