My Role:


  • Assist in identifying and documenting all tiern suppliers in the supply chain.
  • Conduct research and gather information about lowertier suppliers and subsuppliers associated with each tiern supplier.

Data Entry and Management:

  • Support in entering and maintain detailed records of suppliers, subsuppliers, and associated components in the database.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information.

Verification and Validation:

  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of supplier information through various channels, including direct communication, documentation, and external databases.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to supplier information promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate reports on supplier/subsupplier relationships, categorizations, and compliance status as required by management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

My Background:


  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Data driven, strong detail orientated and data accuracy
  • Possess proficiency in English as they will be in regular communication with suppliers worldwide, most of whom primarily communicate in English.
  • Works with urgency and an owner's mindset to ensure actions are completed on time
  • Microsoft office ( Excel ).
  • Advanced English level.
  • Current Student (Industrial Engineer, Logistics engineering, E ngineering in mechatronics or Bachelors Degree in International Trade).
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
  • Current student in last semesters (UACJ-ITJC)
  • RFC (mandatory).
