Purpose

Carries out the Project Office management activities, complying with the procedures of documentation use and forms of working, making the project status reports, implementing the process improvements and anticipating and detecting project risks.

Main Responsibilities

Operations Control: controls the costs associated with the
IT operations, ensuring the preparation, implementation, and follow up of the
IT annual costs budget.

Project Control: prepares the
IT consolidated project portfolio and plan, ensuring consistency between the different
IT global and regional plans, their future execution, and the effective optimization of the available resources.

Resources Control: analyze and control
IT resources (own and third parties), ensuring consistency between the different
IT areas.

Monitors compliance with rules and procedures during the approval and implementation of projects.
Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.
Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.

What are we looking for?

Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Professionals with a keen interest in management and planning topics and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Fluent English. The role has interaction with different stakeholders globally.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
