    Where You'll Make a Difference

    • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of raw materials used in the flavor industry within the Ingredient Compliance group.
    • Obtain, review, and evaluate regulatory documentation, as well as scientific and technical information, to assess compliance with applicable government regulations, industry standards, customer requirements, and internal company policies.
    • Determine the approval status of new raw materials by reviewing supplier documentation and aligning findings with current company practices.
    • Interpret and apply regulatory frameworks and evolving requirements to support ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
    • Provide regulatory guidance and support to Research and Development (R&D), Creative, Quality Assurance, Production, and other internal departments.
    • Assist internal stakeholders in resolving regulatory issues and compliance-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Identify potential regulatory risks and recommend appropriate actions, including escalation when additional review is required.
    • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date regulatory records, approvals, and supporting documentation.

    What Makes You the Right Fit

    • Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline such as Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
    • +2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with hands-on involvement in reviewing raw material compliance and supplier documentation.
    • Knowledge of legal and safety aspects of flavors and food ingredients, with the ability to apply regulatory principles to real-world scenarios.
    • Prior experience in the flavor, food, chemical, or related regulated industries is highly valued.
    • Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in common office software programs, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex or incomplete information and make informed compliance decisions.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing responsibilities effectively.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, documents, and deadlines simultaneously.
