Monitor and control the processes of the Warehouse areas, Control of material storage space.

Monitoring of the metrics of the different areas, management of area resources, monitoring of downtime.
Followup and analysis of the problems caused by the different operations of the Area.
Followup at 5's in the Warehouse. Monitoring cycle counts in the warehouse.
Followup and monitoring of the Kaizen projects.
Followup of the KPI's of the different areas of the Warehouse.
Monitoring of Warehouse inventories and trailers in the Yard.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Follow up on the KPI's of the Area and keep them under target.
Monitoring Obsolete and Excess Materials.
Attend Production Meetings and New Project Meetings.
Project Management in the Warehouse.
Followup and monitoring of location reports in SAP.
Monitoring of the activities and operations of the warehouse.
Monitoring and followup to the cyclical Warehouse Counts.
