***Monitoring Anexo 24 operation, elaborate and execute customs plans for processing day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by VERTIV


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customs Documentation Preparation:
  • Temporary Imports and Exports
  • Definitive Imports and Exports
  • Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.
  • Inbound trades regulations
  • US Customs documentation
  • Prosec, Rule 8th
  • Certificates of origin
  • Customs documents audit and validation
  • Procedures
  • Catalogs
  • Payments

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:


  • Proficient on Annex 3
  • Proficient on Annex 2
  • ORACLE ERP Systems (interfaces)
  • Customs law and Regulations knowledge
  • Judgment, problem solving tools.
  • Ethical
  • Critical thinking
  • Teamwork
  • Audit Experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Desired exposure to lean logistics and Customs Operational Excellence

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in international Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems
  • 5+ years of Experience in International Trade/Business
