Position Summary:

Manage the plan-o-gram process to maximize selling opportunities and increase sales. The merchandiser analyzes product sales patterns, recommends facings, display strategy, and ensures timely implementation according to the category update calendar.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops merchandising planograms based on market category details. Manages implementation through JDA Space Planning and communicates accurately to stores.
• Supervises Planogram specialists and coordinates projects to avoid errors.
• Collaborates with teams to review category KPIs and make recommendations for maximizing product performance.
• Supports resolution of technical issues related to planograms and collaborates with other departments.
• Liaises with Category Managers and Operations Management to optimize space and improve financial KPIs.
• Performs store validations for category assortment definition and ensures effective communication regarding planograms.
• Completes tasks assigned by Manager for professional development and store improvement.

Position Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Design.
• Experience: Three to five years in Project Management, Retail, Store Operations, Merchandising, or Visual Design.
