    Supervisor de Mantenimiento

    Ubicación: Escobedo, Nuevo León

    Objetivo:

    Administrar y coordinar la planeación estratégica del mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo en la zona bajo su responsabilidad. Este incluye los recursos necesarios para su ejecución: tiempo de línea, materiales, refacciones, servicios y personal. El objetivo es cumplir con el programa de mantenimiento para garantizar estándares de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y productividad establecidos por el negocio.

    Cumplir con los estándares de las BPM's (Procesos de Gestión de la Calidad) para asegurar la inocuidad y calidad de nuestros productos.

    Conocer y mantener los requisitos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente aplicables a su puesto.

    Responsabilidades principales:

    • Administrar los sistemas de mantenimiento (DMS), inventario de mano de obra (HD) y biblioteca de documentación (BDE) para resultados efectivos.
    • Generar reportes de nóminas, seguridad, actividades diarias e indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y acciones de mejora continua (KAIs) solicitados.
    • Planificar el desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo.
    • Asegurar la programación de mantenimiento correctivo planificado (notificaciones) y realizar reuniones semanales con el líder de confiabilidad para validar y priorizar dichas notificaciones, asegurando los materiales requeridos.
    • Responder a auditorías corporativas sobre métricas de cumplimiento, cierres y seguimiento.
    • Asegurar que los equipos involucrados en auditorías de certificación (SQF y FDA) ejecuten sus planes de mantenimiento (PM03) según lo previsto sin desviaciones.
    • Actualizar la estructura de equipos en SAP y los BOMs (Descripciones de Materiales) de refacciones relacionadas.
    • Actualizar las hojas de ruta con apoyo de los profesionales de la línea para mejorar continuamente los planes de mantenimiento (PM).
    • Cumplir al menos con el 85% de cierre de notificaciones.
    • Priorizar ejecuciones basadas en criterios de prioridad, disponibilidad y costo en conjunto con el líder de la línea para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
    • Generar planes de nuevos equipos (proyectos) en conjunto con el líder de la línea.
    • Entregar junto con la orden de trabajo la lista de materiales requeridos y verificar su existencia en el almacén.

    Requisitos académicos: Carrera universitaria terminada en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o afín.

    Experiencia:

    • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el ramo alimenticio como supervisor de mantenimiento.
    • Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
    • Enfoque en eléctrico y electrónico.
    • Conocimiento en procedimientos y normas de inocuidad y calidad en equipos.
    • Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.

    Horario:

    Disponibilidad de horario: 7:30 am a 7:30 pm, 5x2 rotativo.
