TTI, Latin America is in search of our next superstar Logistics & Traffic Coordinator I based in Zapopan Jalisco, Mexico.
What our Logistics & Traffic Coordinator II do:
Effectively carry out the operational activities of the traffic department.
Coordination of shipments and receipts of goods.
Preparation and verification of customs documentation.
Coordination with carriers and customs brokers to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Shipment tracking and real-time resolution of logistical issues.
Ensure that daily transfers to customers are completed in accordance with established quality standards, verifying the accuracy of the merchandise and all associated documentation prior to dispatch.
Provide the required information and documentation in a timely manner for month-end closing and import tax payments, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of records in internal systems and working closely with the accounting team to meet all fiscal obligations.

Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures related to traffic and logistics within the context of international trade, including the preparation of shipping documents and coordination of customs clearances.

Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring the correctness of documentation and compliance with established quality standards.

Skill in prioritizing tasks and efficiently managing time to meet established deadlines and maintain an effective workflow.

Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with internal colleagues, external suppliers, and customers.
Adaptability:
Capacity to remain calm and make quick, effective decisions in dynamic work environments subject to sudden changes.
Problem Solving:
Aptitude for addressing complex challenges systematically, quickly identifying root causes and developing effective strategies to resolve them efficiently.
Experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, International Business, or a related field within Business Administration, with 1–3 years of experience working in related areas within international manufacturing, freight transportation, compliance, materials management, or a distribution-related environment.
General knowledge of international transportation, logistics, and physical distribution operations.
Understanding transportation governance, international shipping documentation, customs compliance, duty drawbacks, and familiarity with foreign trade zones.
Practical knowledge of purchasing, inventory planning, statistics, and mathematical/financial analysis.
Demonstrated leadership, project management abilities, and process‑oriented thinking.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team with a collaborative interpersonal style.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and interaction abilities.
Advanced PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams.
Bilingual communication skills (Spanish–English) are a plus.
