Manage spend $100MM USD , develop & implement the procurement strategy MRO LATAM +, dealing with suppliers and internal users, all in compliance with Pepsico ́s policies and governance.
Influence key point stakeholders in order to execute internal strategies and consolidate agility agenda through improving E2E acquisition process.
