Responsibilities:

Own the process of recruiting.

Management of current team of recruiters.

Build out proper KPI's and turnover tracking

ATS selection and implementation

Develop and lead recruiter and recruitment system trainings

Responsible for sourcing, calling, screening, interviewing, and scheduling hiring managers

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of recruitment management experience

Experience building out best practices for a recruitment department

At least 2 years of hands on experience building out recruitment forecasting and/or modeling

Previous experience working with and evaluating recruiting vendors

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

Successfully recruited in more than one country

Experience with AirTable is a plus

Must understand how to leverage technology in the recruitment process

Must be fluent in English
