True Manufacturing, a worldwide refrigeration manufacturer, ranked Best in Class for 15 years, is looking to add a refrigeration service technician, offering phone support on our products, to our internal staff based out of the Monterrey office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create or assist in creating detailed repair instructions and product advisements.
• Conduct factory and field technical service training.
• Present to groups of all sizes.
• Review and write reports on new products related to service concerns or potential service concerns.
• Must have excellent internal and external customer service.
• Support a cross functional team environment as you work on various projects that could touch many departments.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college, technical school, or other educational program.
• Seven or more years of related experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Completed refrigeration technical training and EPA license.
• Professional, friendly and have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be reliable and honest.
• Be in good standing with manager regarding reliability and independent working.
• Must have a very good understanding of True's policies and procedures.

Pay:
$320, $620,000.00 per yearAbility to Relocate:
