    We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Improvement Analyst in Monterrey.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and integrity of specifications released by the Product Team and the PSMT Team.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring the availability of product specifications at FMD, PMD and SMD levels for both line products and NPI brands and products in the development phase that are required for production in the factory (Prototypes, research Products).
    • Preparing the Master Data Monitoring report with information analysis to give the Product Team visibility for adjustments necessary to maintain product data consistency.
    • Ensuring the implementation and communication of product specification changes in the applicable systems (material changes, complexity reduction and cost optimization projects).
    • FOLLOWING UP ON THE CORRECT PRODUCT TRACEABILITY.
    • Supporting audits of regulatory processes such as Document Management, Change Control, Consumer Complaints, CAPA and Non-Conformance.

    What are we looking for?

    - Preferably experience working on quality background or related field, including knowledge of tobacco manufacturing processes, food, pharma, Computer Systems Engineering processes.

    - Proactive, enthusiastic and willingness to learn and develop understanding of cigarette manufacturing process.

    - Basic knowledge in SAP System.

    - Proficient level of MS Office Applications.

    - Advance English: written and speaking.
