Responsibilities

El supervisor de R&M tiene la responsabilidad de coordinar y liderar las operaciones diarias del taller y sus actividades de reparacion y mantenimiento.

Debe mantener la calidad, los costos y los estandares de servicio mediante la supervision de los empleados.

Garantizar practicas seguras y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos estandar de mantenimiento y reparacion.

Proporcionar orientacion tecnica ayudando a diagnosticar problemas o interpretar procedimientos para mantenimiento preventivo, mantenimiento y reparacion de equipos.

Aumenta la efectividad operativa al tener un impacto significativo en el reclutamiento, capacitacion, desarrollo y retencion de empleados calificados.

Qualifications

+5 anos experiencia como supervisor de mantenimiento de equipos de perforacion direccional (excluyente) ejecutando programas de mantenimiento: preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.

Conocimientos en hidraulica, neumatica, y electrica (excluyente)

Habilidades de comunicacion y liderazgo.

Tecnico / TSU completo.

Manejo de paquete office / ERP (JD Edwards preferente).

Ingles intermedio (comprension de textos).
