As a logistics
Operation Support, you will constantly be in contact with carriers to provide them support.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to drivers.
Customer support for users of the app.
Help customers(Carriers) with payments and questions.
Driver check in process.
Creation of reporting.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree.

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 21:00 to 05:30 am. (We work by the American calendar)
