Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Prefer Mechatronics, Robotic or Automation Engineer)

Experience:

English language

Desirable experience with ABB robotics and GROB equipment

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience

8D and 5Why corrective action and problem-solving skills

Lean Tools - 5S, Poka-yoke, and Value Stream Mapping

DMAIC Methodology experience

Kaizen Methods

GD&T Drawings interpretation

Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity

Develop action plans as required to investigate and prioritize quality concerns and verify corrective actions on internal

Lead and conduct process audits to ensure process discipline is consistent with guidelines

Create process and instruction sheets supporting quality methods and processes

Deliver capable processes and tools for assembly rotor operations

Lead role in resolving assembly rotor related concerns

Lead variability reduction and lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices

Identify throughout constraints and drive root cause improvements

Use company and industry standard processes and tools to plan, design, manage, and utilize gauges for measurement of assembly rotor parts

Interpret data from inspection equipment and recommend responses

Verify tolerance/engineering specification

Will be responsible of having a well-documented process in SCCAF, PFMEA, DCP, Reaction plans.
