Cumplimiento Legal en Materia de Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente a nível Federal, Estatal y Municipal.

Mantener Sistema de Gestión de ISO 14001 & ISO 4500
Mantener Estrategias para el cumplimiento de los controles operacionales para las áreas operativas en materia de EHS alineados con el cumplimiento legal.
Promover el cumplimiento de la política de EHS incluyendo la participación de los trabajadores.
Concientizar activamente al personal de la identificación y prevención de impactos ambientales, accidentes o daños a la salud a causa de las actividades de su trabajo y de la empresa en general.
Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas, normas, procedimientos vigentes.
Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de las investigaciones de incidentes y el cierre y verificación de las acciones implementadas.
Planificar y ejecutar el plan de capacitación y entrenamiento de los controles operacionales de EHS para el personal que realiza actividades en la planta, Plan de entrenamientos de EHS periódicos y de nuevo ingreso.
Atender Auditoría Interna y Externa de los sistemas de Gestión de ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 así como las auditorias de Cumplimiento legal.
Promover el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas de EHS y supervisar el cumplimiento de los programas para su cumplimiento.
Promover la mejora continua de EHS a través de proyectos y/o actualizaciones de controles operacionales.
Informes mensuales, semestrales, anuales ambientales y de seguridad a corporativo.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA:

Pasante de Ingeniería Ambiental y de Seguridad, Química o carrera afín al puesto. [Título deseable]
Cinco años relacionados con el área ambiental y de seguridad.
Conocimiento en cumplimiento Legal de Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Salud Ocupacional.
Conocimiento de los estándares de ISO14001, ISO 45001 & ISO900
Ingles deseable.
