Our Opportunity:


The Marketing Analytics group is a fast-paced team that evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and the financial impact of marketing strategies for all three brands in over 45 markets, summing up to $2.4bn in total sales and more than 2,400 restaurants in the Latin America region.


The Marketing Analytics team works directly with the brand President, Vice Presidents, and franchisees to develop marketing strategies for countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

The team also develops sales and volume forecasts to estimate impact on financials, profitability, and supply chain.

The Sr. Analyst will support analytically the LAC region with primary focus on Mexico but also addressing other countries.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, extract and process data coming from different data sources
  • Deliver periodical and ad hoc sales and pricing analysis bringing insights that clarifies business performance
  • Monitors effectiveness of marketing programs and prepares postprogram presentations highlighting key findings
  • Drives efficiencies in regular reporting
  • Build insightful compelling presentations
  • Track and evaluate competition activity and performance
  • Keep relationship with franchisees guaranteeing data availability
  • Provides guidance and training to others on the team on best practices for data analytics and business case development

Required Skills:


  • 3+ years relevant work experience in consulting, marketing analytics, finance, or another highly analytical background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, hard sciences or Engineering preferred
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity
  • Exceptional analytical skills and creative problemsolving skills
  • Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, motivated and a team player
  • Spanish fluency
