This role requires strong executive-level communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable engaging directly with CEOs and C-Suite leaders in a professional, confident, and articulate manner.
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations & Revenue Associate to support inbound lead management, sales process coordination, CRM optimization, contract administration, and AI-driven sales initiatives.
This role blends sales ownership, pipeline management, CRM setup, executive communication, and operational execution. You will act as a strategic counterpart in the sales process, ensuring leads are tracked, opportunities are progressing, contracts are executed, and no revenue opportunity falls through the cracks.
In addition, you will support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot and contribute to the design and management of internal AI Sales Agents.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured sales environments, enjoys operational rigor, and can confidently communicate with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management & Qualification (Primary Focus)
- Track all inbound leads across channels
- Professionally qualify and engage prospects
- Respond promptly and represent leadership with clarity and confidence
- Schedule discovery calls and sales meetings
- Maintain accurate and updated lead records inside HubSpot
- Ensure consistent pipeline hygiene and visibility
Sales Process Ownership & Pipeline Management
- Own day-to-day tracking of the sales pipeline
- Keep deals organized, active, and moving forward
- Proactively follow up on stalled opportunities
- Ensure next steps are clearly defined and executed
- Track sales activities and maintain accountability across stakeholders
Sales Proposals & Contracts
- Draft, organize, and send sales proposals
- Prepare contracts and MSAs
- Track contract execution and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all deal-related materials
- Ensure administrative sales processes are completed efficiently
Outbound Sales Support (Growing Function)
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Support outbound prospecting initiatives
- Qualify inbound and outbound responses
- Track outreach activities and engagement metrics
- Help develop structured outbound workflows
HubSpot Setup & CRM Management
- Set up and optimize HubSpot pipelines and workflows
- Design deal stages, automation flows, and reporting dashboard
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and cleanliness
- Build reporting visibility for leadership
- Continuously improve CRM processes for scalability
AI Sales Agent Support
- Contribute to the design and management of AI-powered sales agents
- Assist in building workflows and automation logic
- Test and refine AI-driven sales processes
- Provide operational insights to improve automation performance
Qualifications (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (pipeline setup, workflows, automation)
- Experience handling contracts, MSAs, and sales documentation
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with CEOs and C-Suite executives
- Strong organizational and process-management skills
- High attention to detail and proactive follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, or services-based sales environments
- Background in outbound prospecting and pipeline building
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow design
- Experience building or restructuring CRM systems
