Job summary
We are looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coaching agents, handling challenging situations, shifting priorities, preparing reports for clients and program managers.
Responsibilities
- Performance: Review team attendance regularly and set goals for those not aligned with the Contact Center Representative Attendance Policy.
- Ensure all project goals are met; goals may change as client expectations change.
