    JOB PURPOSE

    The Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's Operational Cyber Threat Intelligence (OpCTI) function. This includes developing and implementing the fucntions strategy, managing the OpCTI team, and ensuring that the function is delivering the intelligence products and services needed to support the organization's cybersecurity posture and against the direction set by the CTI Director.

    WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

    The Manager of Operational Intelligence will be responsible for the management and coordination of collecting, analyzing, and leveraging operational / thematic data to improve the organization's operational efficiency and decision-making. They will identify insights from data, optimize processes, assess threats, and communicate findings to key stakeholders. This role involves staying updated on data analytics tools and collaborating across departments to align operational goals with the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring data security and compliance. Continuous improvement is vital, contributing to enhanced efficiency and competitiveness

    KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Support the implementation the organization's cyber threat intelligence strategy, focused specifically on Operational Intelligence.
  • Manage the Operational CTI team and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to be successful.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational cyber threat intelligence.
  • Develop and deliver operational threat intelligence products and services to support the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with other intelligence and security teams to integrate threat intelligence into the organization's security operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends.
  • Measure and track the performance of the Operational CTI team.
  • Communicate the value of the threat intelligence program to the wider business.
  • Produce threat assessments and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Experience:

  • Previous experience as an intelligence manager or senior collection analyst.
  • Experience in managing a small team and working to a globally dispersed function.
  • Experience working other intelligence, security operations and investigations cpaabilities.
  • Demonstrable leadership and management ability.
  • Experience delivering to SLAs / KPIs and ensuring compliance to playbooks / procedures.
  • Hands on experience with intelligence collection, processing and analysis tools.
