The Payroll Manager ensures efficient and compliant execution of payroll processes while leading total rewards strategies.

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycle ensuring timely accurate salary payments tax deductions statutory contributions e.g., IMSS INFONAVIT ISR.
• Evaluate compliance with local labor tax legislation internal policies audit standards administer maintain payroll system TRESS accuracy legal compliance proper configuration updates policy changes manage incident reporting absences overtime bonuses vacations prepare analyze cost reports accounting reconciliations provide insights HR Finance respond internal external audits complete accurate documentation.
