Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A Mesoamerica Commercial Unit team with month-end reporting and controlling activities.
• Assist in budget construction and regular forecasting.
• Contribute to developing new business cases and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate remotely with AFO areas based in Uruguay (OTC, A2R, and P2P among others).
• Provide timely financial analysis to inform key business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with key controls and audit requirements.
• Support Commercial and Marketing areas as a Finance Business Partner.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Previous experience in Finance areas (Controlling, Business Finance, FP&A) – 2 years minimum.
• Excellent intercommunication skills, results-oriented, and able to work under deadlines and pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and database management.
