Position requirements:

Knowledge, experiences and skills:

Schooling: Engineering or Completed Bachelor's Degree (Title)
Bilingual 80% to 100%
Experience in the position at least 8 to 10 years.
Extensive knowledge of Office and ERPS
Ethics and responsibility
Highly motivated and easily adaptable to change
Able to multitask.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels based on the type of product (stock and nonstock) ensuring ontime deliveries.
Generates and expedites purchase orders, informs customer service of material arrival times.
Constant communication with customs agents and delivery of information.
Looking for the best transport, always taking care of the quality of the price and the time, updating the levels of repositioning and variable requirements for the correct calculation of the supply.
Logistics of materials in import / export operations
Administration and monitoring of the IMMEX program
Warehousing and Transportation: Responsible to deliver and effective and cost competitive operation of warehouse and transportation with safety and time control to process raw materials.
Inventory: Improves inventory levels, stock rotation, ontime shipment of finished goods, reviews, identifies and minimizes obsolete inventory, etc.
Define, implement, and maintain purchasing and logistics processes.
Establish and define purchasing and logistics policies in the organization.
Procurement: Ensure procurement is executed according to MRP plan with minimum cost burden to company
Implementation and monitoring of ERP systems, SAP Business One.
Monitoring and compliance with indicators of their competent areas (rotation of MP/MD and PT).
Negotiate with clients and suppliers the modifications or definition of projects within the supply chain.
Carry out together with the respective managers the Forecast of purchases and logistics.
Development of suppliers according to the needs of the organization.
Supervise the correct mix of PM vs. finished product (Max and min, First entries, first exits), under his responsibility.
