System Engineer Lead
Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico

This full-time position is indefinite in duration, with the opportunity of professional growth and additional opportunities within our organization.


Duties:

• Coordinate and oversee systems engineering for a client, managing a small team of engineers.
• Investigate product problems, understand causal mechanisms, recommend appropriate action, own problem resolution, and document results.
• Ensure compliance with SSLM and ALM processes and tools.
• Collaborate with technical managers, project leaders, other product and manufacturing engineers, and supplier partners to deliver information and recommendations that lead to quality product decisions.
• Executing technical processes such as ESW, iDFMEA, FIRG while using tools such as 7step problem solving, design review checklist, and other specialized tools required to support the processes and enable highquality decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.

D. degree in engineering or a related field

• Fluent in English and preferably Spanish
• Demonstrated experience in system engineering and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a small team of engineers.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of system engineering processes and tools, including Systems Thinking, System Requirements Engineering, System Capability Engineering, Product Interface Management and Integration, Product Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Design Integration, Product Failure Mode Avoidance, and Decision Quality.
