Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage benefits administration and reporting; communicate benefits information to employees
Support recruitment and talent acquisition,
Oversee new employee orientation and training including onboarding, sexual harassment prevention
Guide career exploration with managers and employees

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A solid understanding of employee investigations to resolve issues

- three to five years of HR experience, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
System savvy able to quickly learn our HR systems

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

Experience with HRIS, iCIMS, and Payroll systems; Kronos is a plus
