y detalle de las actividadesProvide Products support for existing and modified products (ECR/ECOs/Deviations).

• Collaborate with other departments for sustaining projects including quality, manufacturing engineering, sales, marketing etc.
• Work closely with other engineers to solve technical problems.
• Collaborate with other departments in Kaizen activities and cost reduction projects.
• Provide support and expertise in technical problem solving related to electrical issues.
• Coordinate and manage projects to include meeting set deadlines from the Project Engineering team, communicate task process, and notify team if tasks are behind schedule.
• Reduce volume of sustaining ECOs and deviations through lean principles.
• Recommend product improvements and cost reductions.
• Work with cross functional teams to generate VA/VE initiatives and material cost productivity improvement projects.

Experiência y requisitosEducation/Certifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education years related experience.
• Experience in a Transformers/Line Reactors manufacturing environment, preferred.

Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills (A3, PDCA, 8D's, DMAIC) and understanding of the scientific method.
• Lean product development process and Lean principles understanding.
• Technical problem solving knowledge (preferred).
