3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of of driving process improvements experience, communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- English B2+

- Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers
- Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.

- Demonstrable problemsolving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
- Ability to drive successful partnerships with crossfunctional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
