    Job Description

    We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support our team.

    The ideal candidate will be a people person with experience in recruiting software engineers, particularly those working in embedded systems. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working on cutting-edge tech, we encourage you to apply.

    Your Responsibilities:

    1. Full-cycle recruitment: Craft job posts, lead interviews, and evaluate candidates based on their skills and personality.
    2. Talent attraction: Represent BGSW at job fairs, universities, and tech conferences to network, connect, and attract top talent.
    3. Preboarding & Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding processes to make new hires feel welcome from day one.
    4. Data-driven recruiting: Analyze recruitment KPIs to improve our hiring process.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and teams to meet their hiring needs.

    Requirements

    You will bring:

    1. Experience in recruiting for industries such as IT, Automotive, or Manufacturing.
    2. A strong understanding of embedded systems and the skills required for these roles.
    3. Familiarity with using LinkedIn (and other job boards) to find top talent.
    4. Bonus points if you have consulting experience.
