Requirements:
- Excellent customer service
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Asset managing and computer equipment inventory
- Degree in Computer Science or related
- English written and fluid spoken
In depth knowledge skills of:
- Microsoft Windows 10 H2 version
- Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
- Support to MacOS and Apple IOS
- Microsoft 365 Cloud apps troubleshoot
- Barcode printers configuration and support
- ITIL ticket platform experience (ServiceNow is a plus)
Knowledge on the following areas:
- Micrososft DHCP/DNS/File Share/Print Services infrastructure
- OSI model troubleshooting
- Citrix virtual desktop troubleshoot
- Microsoft SCCM for deployment
- ITIL Foundations
