  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Asset managing and computer equipment inventory
  • Degree in Computer Science or related
  • English written and fluid spoken

In depth knowledge skills of:


  • Microsoft Windows 10 H2 version
  • Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
  • Support to MacOS and Apple IOS
  • Microsoft 365 Cloud apps troubleshoot
  • Barcode printers configuration and support
  • ITIL ticket platform experience (ServiceNow is a plus)

Knowledge on the following areas:


  • Micrososft DHCP/DNS/File Share/Print Services infrastructure
  • OSI model troubleshooting
  • Citrix virtual desktop troubleshoot
  • Microsoft SCCM for deployment
  • ITIL Foundations
