We are looking for a Demand Plannning / Forecasting that support the business planning process via accurate sales information analysis and demand forecasting process to ensure company plan objectives are achieved.

Reports to:
Demand Planning Director

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Build the necessary tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning and adhoc requests.
Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting as per the Regional guidelines.
Manage forecasting process and improve forecasting accuracy.
Coordinate local forecasting process, co build short and midterm demand plan with Sales & Marketing team
Propose demand plan based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, guidelines issued from previous S&OP cycles)
Cooperate with the Product and Marketing teams to understand the product availability and coming Marketing activities
Consolidate the productlevel forecasts from the sales teams
Provide visibility on product performance and reveal a trend towards lower or higher margin products for management team for factbased decision making
Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer needs
Work with sales teams and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

A graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Econs / Maths / MBA would be an added advantage
Minimum 8 years of work experience in domain, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large scale organisation.
Good understanding of End To End Supply Chain Management
Good understanding of SC Planning tools: JDA (advanced) and SAP / SAP AP
Highly disciplined in data and documentation management
Highly skilled in Excel
Strong Project Management skills
Writing, communication, organizational, and decision making skills to a high standard and in fluent English (the working language).
Highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment generating innovative ideas and creative solutions.
