RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update employees' files with proper documentation
  • Prepare and organize audit process for employee documentation
  • Be the main POC with Background investigation provider
  • Support employee events
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Advise on the best practices regarding internal policies, labor relations, and peoplerelated procedures

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficient written, oral, and reading communication skills in English at a B2 level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with handson experience using spreadsheet software, particularly at an intermediate level in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Operational proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business Administration
  • Availability to attend the office in Guadalajara at least twice a week
