Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and help streamline our processes.The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning through closeout, ensuring the proper integration of the equipment into Birdman's operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, production process design and continuous improvement. They should also have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean and Six Sigma methodologies as well as proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD SolidWorks ERP systems MS Project Asana Power BI and advanced Excel.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading plant-based food company based in Mexico
