Key Responsibilities:

The role entails designing, maintaining and continuously improving product cost models to ensure accurate cost flows across BOMs, routings, labor and overhead absorption.

• Ensure the integrity of perpetual weighted average costing leading timely cost recalculations for receipts, returns and inventory adjustments.

A key responsibility is conducting in-depth variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead), translating cost drivers into clear actionable insights for operations and leadership.

Inventory Management & Compliance:

• Lead inventory valuation, reserve analysis and cost adjustments to ensure accurate financial representation.

Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions within ERP/MRP systems. Act as a key partner for internal external audits delivering robust cost documentation and clear process explanations.
